Before I could check in, I had to wander around looking for the lobby without clear signage. The hotel room was old and shabby, with cockroaches and termite nests by the door and in the corners of the room. The staff's reception was terrible; They didn't answer questions, and they didn't even offer to help with carrying luggage. I had to find my own way to the room. The bed linens were old, the room was dusty, and the sofa was stained and dirty. I had booked a room for 3 people, but they provided bedding and towels for only 2 people. There was no phone in the room. The room had no hot water, so I called the hotel. I waited for 30 minutes, and when the technician arrived, he said there was no hot water system in the room. There was a loud party late into the night until 11:30. When I woke up early, loud music was playing from the morning. I didn't know where the dining area was, and there was no one to inform me, and there were no food cards. The swimming pool was so dirty it had turned black. I'm done with this horrible hotel. I strongly advise against coming here!

I like it very much. I like it very much. It's a pity that I booked it for only one night. I want to stay and I don't want to go back.

I want the room to have WIFI, TV, but any free TV channel, that is, all night, I can't sleep at all. The old air conditioner works very loudly. I get startled every time the air conditioner works. Good that the staff are polite in providing service.
