My experience staying at this hotel was excellent. The hotel is nice, has clean & cozy rooms with modern design, close to shopping and the beach. And most importantly, they have very kind and friendly hotel staff. I really appreciate your hotel manager, Mona. Thank you also to Mr. Wawan for helping resolve an issue with a restaurant in Bali. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever vacation in Bali. ❤️

Strategic location near downtown and Kuta Beach. I was quite satisfied with the sunset view, although it was difficult due to the unpredictable weather. I would like to share some feedback about the breakfast. The main menu was the same for three days, which made my wife and I bored of it.

I was quite comfortable staying there.

The place and atmosphere are nice, but the bathroom is too transparent and there is no lock. If you stay with friends and small children, it is not suitable.

The location is very strategic because it is directly to the mall, and also directly in front of the beach.

stayed here for a meeting and the hotel was perfect, there was an iron and ironing board!!! So the clothes and headscarves were still perfect. All the staff were very friendly!! The breakfast was also delicious and quite varied even though the place was small. For those who are lazy, this place is perfect because it is next to the beachwalk mall and then a short walk to Kuta beach! The BEST. The rooms are also very clean and the beachwalk area including the hotels are non-smoking areas!!! HEAVEN ON EARTH ❤️❤️❤️

If you go to Kuta Bali, Aloft Hotel is the best place to stay. Clean, near the mall, near the beach. Overall, it's great.

Nice hotel and above Beach Walk mall. To Kuta beach to see the sunset just walk forward. Complete and comfortable room facilities.

First time staying here, very impressive. The hotel staff is so nice, friendly, and very helpful. Clean room, strategic hotel, get off the hotel and go straight to the mall. Always be successful Aloft Beachwalk.

The best service from all staff, especially the Room Attendant named AJUNG who gave extra service every day. For AJUNG when we checked out, you were on holiday so I left her to her friend. Comfortable, clean room with 2 Queen Beds, I highly recommend it for families. Direct access to Mall & Kuta beach.

Everything is okay, the room, it's just that the glasses and plates for the breakfast area are not clean.. during the 4 days I stayed, none of the glasses were clean.. try to pay attention to the cleanliness again.
