At first I was a bit hesitant because I needed a deposit. But I saw the 9++ review. Finally I tried it and was super SATISFIED. The price is relatively cheap but the facilities are complete. Suitable for 1 small family. I happened to get a room with an extra bed so it was super comfortable for four people to sleep. The owner is very friendly and communicative. The location is connected to the mall. If you need food, or daily needs, just go down to the mall (there is also a supermarket in the mall). A stove and refrigerator are available so you can cook too. There are free swimming pool facilities too. Suitable for family vacations. The deposit refund has also been disbursed within 1x24 hours. If I go to Surabaya again, I will definitely book again. Highly recommended. 👍👍

the apartment atmosphere is nice. the room is clean so far for us the bed and bathroom are comfortable and clean. complete cooking utensils, satisfied and happy to staycation here. in the afternoon the kids swim, in the evening just go downstairs to the mall to find dinner. will come here again insyaAllah. the host is also kind and communicative. thank you very much.

The owner is very friendly and helpful in detail for the check-in process. The apartment unit room is quite clean, there is a portable stove, there is a water heater to make hot drinks, there is a refrigerator. The AC is cold. The water heater in the bathroom also works well. The room with a view of the city of Surabaya is also good. There is a swimming pool facility in the apartment so children can play in the pool.
