Dear Kak Ajeng, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review for the 3BR Ciater Highland Resort Stay, it's a shame for the bad experience before staying at our villa, indeed the complex environment has been poorly maintained because since the pandemic all parts of the landscape have been housed, and that's not our authority because the villa here is privately owned.. It's a shame, right, because kak Ajeng booked on weekdays, rarely staying overnight, haven't seen the conditions at night, so don't know it's dark, all street lighting PJUs are on, and the unit behind is also staying overnight, we can't refund orders the problem, because of the lack of communication at that time so I couldn't stay overnight... If communication goes well, we still have a unit not too far from the highway so that the unit we ordered can be replaced... We apologize for the huge inconvenience and for those who haven't stayed at the 3BR Ciater Highland Resort, Please confirm before checking in so we can communicate properly...
