Location in front of Sayang Heulang Beach... Not bad for the budget, standard accommodation... For a bigger budget, it's better to choose another accommodation.

Check in at 2, hoping it would be ready, the room was cold, but the floor was slippery like oil had been poured on it, the bathroom tub hadn't been cleaned, the room was hot, the AC was hot, the electricity went up and down 🫠

Thank you for the facilities, the location is very good, but when I booked a ticket on Traveloka for an AC room, it was listed as a non-AC room, the inn staff asked for a fee of 150,000 if I wanted to move to an AC room. In the end, I stayed in an AC room because I didn't want to pay more and wanted to stay in accordance with the booking on Traveloka. The AC facilities are very poor, the AC is not cold and noisy. Sorry the service is not good and the room is very disappointing, very dirty and smelly, it doesn't seem to be cleaned, because on the mattress there are a lot of former beach sand, and the room is dusty and smelly, the dipper is also moldy.

Oh, this isn't really an inn, the rooms are really dirty, especially the bathroom, the fan is broken, the TV isn't there, even though it's clearly listed there is a TV, so you don't stay overnight because the room is really dirty

It's really hot with lots of mosquitoes but the strategic location is really good in front of the beach.

Pertama dateng diarahin ke kamar yang jauh beda sama foto. Di foto 2 ranjang spring bed dan kamarnya luas, pas dateng malah dikasih 2 kasur lesehan yang ruangannya sempit pengap jarak kasur ke toilet cuma satu langkah. Ga berhenti disitu, setelah konfirmasi ke pihak penginapan dia bilang emang kaya gitu kalau pasang iklan di agen online, ga sesuai foto dengan yang aslinya. Wkwk enteng banget ngomongnya mana ga minta maaf:(karena kita ga nyaman, kita minta pindah ke kamar yang sesuai dengan iklan difoto dan ditarif lagi 100rb. Akhirnya kita dipindah ke kamar lain dan bayar 50rb. (Fyi kamar ini cuma nambah fasilitas ac) Pengalaman mengecewakan nambah dari kamar mandi yang ga ada kuncinya, saluran mampet jadi lantai kamar mandi ngegenang airnya, kamar kotoe ada pasir pantai, malem yang niatnya istirahat ada dangdutan di villa sebelah full dari jam 7-12, lanjut lagi sampai dini hari. Wkwk cukup sekali deh nginep di sini. Oh iya ada + nya ko: bisa pinjem sapu buat bersiin kamar sendiri, bisa pinjem alat makan.

Untuk villa di Erbysa,tingkatkan lagi kebersihan kamar,perlengkapan pendingin udara,kipas angin mohon diperhatikan kebersihannya. Perlengkapan alat-alat masak piring ,gelas dan lain-lain sangat kurang. Owner sangat baik, ramah, pokoknya Ibu Lilis dan suami sangat baik sebagai owner. Chef Iky super baik ramah, masakan calamary nya enak banget. Semoga tambah maju terimakasih.
