I absolutely love staying here every time I go to Puncak because the service is so great. The staff are all super friendly! EXCELLENT!!

Nice hotel in Pangkalan Bun. The receptionist was kind and friendly. If you ask for local food recommendations, they're very knowledgeable. The staff is also helpful. They even responded quickly when I asked for a card because I couldn't find it. Thank you.

Clean rooms, delicious breakfast. The location is also quite good. Every time I go on a business trip, I always stay here.

I don't know where to start. This is so satisfying. Especially the housekeeping who is very proper when it comes to cleaning the room. It's a shame the TV often goes off and there's often no network. No matter how I say it's not magic, it's not magic, but in fact our room is clean, tidy, and smells good. To Mr. Rizky who served me earlier on the 3rd floor, he's the best, very friendly and I can't wait to come back here again. See you another day, Mr. Rizky, housekeeping 🙌🏻

The hotel is nice, comfortable, and there are lots of food variations.

The view of the room is nice, the breakfast menu tastes just right for my tongue, but what I'm not satisfied with is the drinks, they're all juice, I really don't like juice, but this is the best hotel🥰

Nice hotel, spacious parking lot, close to Indomart and ATM. The Wi-Fi is bad, it doesn't reach the room so it can't connect to Wi-Fi. The AC is cold, there is a cold and hot shower. Standard breakfast.

Friendly service, clean room, good food. The downside is the room's Wifi is very slow, only 1 bar signal strength. TV broadcasts are not clear. Because I stayed for 1 night, I can still ignore these shortcomings. Overall good.
