Kamar tidak sesuai dengan yang di gambar. Pesan kamar deluxe yang di foto ada meja kursi dan kitchen setnya ternyata ketika dikonfirmasi ke hotelnya langsung ternyata tidak ada di tipe kamar tersebut. Sangat tidak profesional dan tidak direkomendasikan 👎.

Room 415 had not been cleaned when I entered at 14.05.2. Room 413 AC is very hot! Even hotter than outside the room. 3. I asked to cancel but was lured to move to the Delux G19 which turned out to have never been used. Dirty toilet, dirty shower, smelly room! 4. I was moved again to room G17, which was in the same condition. The exterior of the hotel is nice but the inside is really dirty! The floor looks like it's never been mopped, dust is everywhere, the elevator smells and lots of very greasy hands! For the owner, please double-check that the employees are very unprofessional and the hotel is very dirty. Not livable! I'm at a loss because I have to book another inn!
