Good response from staff, starting from check-in until check-out, all respond fast. Hotel location is in the middle area of Singapore, near Bugis and Raffles, and not far away from Merlion and Haji Lane.

Service was great and check-in process was smooth. Room was decently sized and clean. TV was a bit small but had a good list of channels and has Chromecast feature too. Greatest highlight of the stay would definitely be the premier club lounge at the top floor which comes with a great view of the city and harbour. Service delivered by Mr Yogen and his team were excellent — both of them were very helpful and attentive. The Singapore Sling mixed by Mr Yogen was very good as well. For food wise, they have a wide variety and tasted great too. Drinks selection was also good and of good quality. Breakfast selection was also good, and as always, great service rendered by the crew too. However, was a bit disappointed that no complimentary birthday cake was given. Nonetheless, will definitely return to this hotel and enjoy their Premier Club Lounge. Kudos to the crew!

Need simple breakfast not buffet. Swimming pool water freezing! No hot tub. No top sheet on bed. No cigar smoking area. No lunch restaurant.
