Good response from staff, starting from check-in until check-out, all respond fast. Hotel location is in the middle area of Singapore, near Bugis and Raffles, and not far away from Merlion and Haji Lane.

Service was great and check-in process was smooth. Room was decently sized and clean. TV was a bit small but had a good list of channels and has Chromecast feature too. Greatest highlight of the stay would definitely be the premier club lounge at the top floor which comes with a great view of the city and harbour. Service delivered by Mr Yogen and his team were excellent — both of them were very helpful and attentive. The Singapore Sling mixed by Mr Yogen was very good as well. For food wise, they have a wide variety and tasted great too. Drinks selection was also good and of good quality. Breakfast selection was also good, and as always, great service rendered by the crew too. However, was a bit disappointed that no complimentary birthday cake was given. Nonetheless, will definitely return to this hotel and enjoy their Premier Club Lounge. Kudos to the crew!

Great hotel with great location

Need simple breakfast not buffet. Swimming pool water freezing! No hot tub. No top sheet on bed. No cigar smoking area. No lunch restaurant.

Hotel located in strategic location, near Raffles Mall, near SMU university, and near MRT station. Staff are helpful. Room are comfy and not too noisy.

AC did not work well in the room. Asked front desk 2 days in a row and nothing was done. Complained again 3rd day and technicians came, still can't go below 25 degree. Not a pleasant stay in warm Singapore.

Very Good 👍😁. Except the toilet there is no bidet so for us as an indonesian people feel uncomfort.

Nice hotel, located between bugis and city hall, plenty of food and shopping area nearby, very helpful staff and cleaning service lady also very nice and helpful.

I stay with my husband and little son. Our Room upgraded without I am realizing. Overall very pleasant experience, superb location, clean room. Will come back here next time.
