The room I booked was a budget-friendly standard room without a fan or air conditioning, but towels and toiletries were not provided. The most unpleasant part was that the bathroom had tiny black caterpillars crawling around the toilet area. The bedsheets were also stained.

There should be no musty smell and the TV and fan facilities should be in accordance with social media.

The location is quite strategic, not too far from tourist attractions. There are also plenty of culinary options nearby.

The inn staff was responsive and friendly, and I found the view to be absolutely beautiful, right next to the mountain. The rooms were quite spacious, but they could use more attention to cleanliness. Otherwise, it was excellent.

The room amenities were lacking, with the TV not working, no wardrobe, and poor air circulation. Many of the bathroom amenities were damaged, with the shower faucet broken, the toilet tank lid missing, the drain clogged, and the towels missing. But it was good enough for a good night's rest.

The bathroom is not very clean and the staff does not control the trash in the room.

It's fine for just sleeping. Blankets, soap, and towels aren't provided. I booked a VIP family room.

Sorry in advance, I was disappointed when I entered the room. I immediately felt it hadn't been cleaned. It felt dirty, and the mattress smelled like it hadn't been changed by the previous occupant. Sure enough, my husband and son were itchy from bedbug bites. The bathroom shower was broken, so we had to squat down to shower from the faucet. I booked two rooms for a total of Rp680,000 without breakfast. The hotel photos looked good, but it turned out to be a disappointment. 🙏

I had to check out in the middle of the night because of the heat and there was no solution from the staff or the hotel.
