The accommodation is still new, the mezzanine concept is modern and very clean, the door is already a smart door, the staff are really friendly, helpful & fast, the hot water is smooth, strategic location, spacious parking, only the room doesn't have a window with the best view, next time I stay here again if I go to Garut

The location is in Garut city, comfortable, but for those bringing babies, it's less safe because the mezzanine floor means the bed is above and the toilet is below.

A pleasant place to stay. The view from the hotel is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, when booking a ride online to the hotel, make sure the address is the same as Jalan Papandayan. If you don't find the New Golden Clouds hotel by name, you can search for "New Golden Rises Bakery" as there is a bakery under the hotel.

A homestay, but no less than a hotel. The rooms are mezzanine-style, making it feel like booking a villa! The staff is also informative, and the WhatsApp admin is quick to respond. The rooftop view is simply stunning. I won't regret staying here. Thank you.

The experience of staying here is a little different from the others, the room is more like a boarding house, it's nice, clean too, and the facilities are more sophisticated in my opinion, but I don't know why it feels like I'm locked in a golden cage, everything is nice but feels like I'm being watched because of all the rules and regulations, in the end the vacation doesn't feel like a vacation 🤣. Feel the sensation of staying here yourself. Overall, it's ok for those of you who want to stay in Garut city with a mountain view in the city center.

We had a wonderful stay at the New Golden Clouds Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the homestay and rooms was exceptional. The cozy design of the homestay, the rooms, and the bathrooms made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The kids were delighted. We will definitely choose this again if we return to Garut. Homestay feels like a hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is close to Garut Station, about 15 minutes by Grab. The check-in and checkout process is fast, the room is aesthetic and clean, in the room there is a kettle and glass so you can refill mineral water as much as you like which is located outside the room. The best thing about this hotel is that it is located on the rooftop, we can see the hotel surrounded by mountains. Sunset, the sunrise at night is really cool. Thank you

Very very very very Dissapointed stay here. The hotel already contact and reconfirm for arrival time and while we arrived at 9PM, the staff told us the AC was broken and not cool. (Like whaaat???) and don’t understand why they don’t prepare and fix it since the afternoon???? Why should waiting the guest to come???? Another things, the towel amenities already not good condition and parking area very limited and they don’t have anyone to arrange the parking. Very very very BAD. Oya, there’s also no manager in charge only staff available so yeaaahh…

We understand your disappointment, especially regarding the AC that was not functioning optimally and the condition of the towels. As a form of responsibility, we have made a refund according to the amount we received from Traveloka, this is the only step we can take, because at that time the AC in your room could not be repaired, due to the difficulty of getting spare parts for this problem in the city of Garut. For repairs, we have currently repaired the problematic AC, and we have also prepared a stock of AC spare parts to anticipate if similar problems occur in the future. The distance from Garut station is quite close (you can walk to get there) this homestay feels like a hotel, the rooms are comfortable, aesthetic, clean, fragrant, cold AC, friendly and fast response staff. This place is not very friendly for toddlers and the elderly, because the rooms here are mezzanine models, you have to focus and be careful when going up and down the stairs, and our heads hit the short roof several times when we wanted to go down the stairs. It would be better if there was a more visible sign, because the warning writing is quite small. If I have the chance I will stay here again.
