It was wonderful! Close to train station, very new facility that was clean and spacious with everything you could need.

Great Hotel!

Very spacious room. Great location with the hotel a short walk to Rouen. Car parking is underneath the hotel and very secure. It is tight though.

Relatively new hotel which was in great condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. Drink and food prices a bit steep but breakfast was value for money.Car park was underground and a bit tight for larger cars but very secure. Overall an excellent stay.

A new property. Comfortable and spacious room in a good area of Rouen. Everything within 10 minute walking. Recommend.

The Hotel is top Notch.

A modern hotel with excellent facilities and staff. This was a last minute booking due to an Airbnb problem. The young lady who did our check-in was courteous and professional. She then gave us a brief overview of the amenities and the locations of restaurants that should be open on Sunday. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Wow! The highlight of the trip. Amazing property right next to the donjon where Jean d’Arc was imprisoned. Indoor parking $15 a night. Super security. Friendly staff. Great comfortable room. Nice lobby bar with snacks and a lovely restaurant. Breakfast was a knockout. Hard to leave. We hope to be back.

The hotel is just 3 mins walk to the Rouen train station. Hotel room is large, quiet, and comfortable. Hotel lobby very impressive. I enjoyed having coffee in the bar/lounge. Will stay again. Thank you.

Fantastic place to stay. Friendly staff, breakfast was amazing. Restaurant in the evening had a great menu too. Car park is a little tight!

Hotel is in excellent location. Close to train station, supermarkets, attractions and many restaurants. The rooms are large beds comfortable bathroom with separate toilet. Staff friendly and helpful. A/C & heating system worked extremely well. Amenities were of top quality. Highly recommend.

Luhanne (sp?) was very helpful at the front desk. Very clean and comfortable rooms and property. Americans looking for a place to stay in Rouen will feel very welcome and comfortable here. The hotel is an easy and beautiful 10 minute walk to the center of town.

Rooms have small windows, dark, no views

Modern, stylish, great location, excellent breakfast, nice staff. Glad we chose it. BUT . . . the rooms were designed by "designers," more interested in sleek looks than travelers' comfort. Huge bathroom with NO SHELVES to put your stuff down on - oh yeah, there is on under the sink, so narrow and set back that you throw your back out trying to reach it. WHY? The lights were impractical - all or nothing. Night stand - miniiscule (no, you can't put your stuff there either). Make the rooms more traveler-friendly!!

Very clean and walkable

Very nice, close to the train, has all the needed amenities and more. Great breakfast buffet. I travel solo and this hotel will be my go-to in Rouen from now on!

No complaints other than the gym equipment was not working and very limmited options. Great spa, sauna and steam worked well. The hotel is in walking distance to all of Rouens historic quater.
