No hit water hotel needs plenty of work plumbing loud

Ok stay hotel rooms a little tired and hardly any natural light

Easy check in, comfortable room and very clean. Location great

Stayed on business not many dining options the hotel was clean

Room was cold the bed was like sleeping on a brick

Rooms were basic, travelodge quality for a premium price not what you expect from a Hilton brand. Parking was a pain, had to move car due to different charges in different locations within same carpark, badly signposted. Parking payment system was terrible also. Staff however were great so proactive, helpful and friendly couldn’t have wished for a better service. Shame about hotel.

Rooms are very good. Staff are great. BUT - TV did not work in room. Moved to another room. Kettle did not work. Safe did not work!

Perfect for 1 night stay comfortable bed, Hot powerful shower, warm room, good mirror for makeup very friendly & helpful staff

Stains on the sheets, tv didn’t work and no shower gel in the room

Excellent service. Speedy and helpful. Thankfully as room was quite far. The lifts and air con were not working. Took 3 hours to heat room via small tower heater. Perhaps forewarning. Pre heating and discount would be appropriate especially as cost is very high due to a conference however not providing the service expected.

Really enjoyed my stay

The hotel was, as expected with a Double Tree, very good. Check in was efficient, room was very well appointed (not spotless but clean) but the one thing that let the whole place down was the Anecdote Bar - the only place to eat in the evening. Very mediocre, as customers we were made to feel like a nuisance, rather than a customer. Could definitely do better - but they have a captive market at that hotel.

The plug in my sink would not lift and there was dirty liquid in it as the last person probably also couldn't lift it.

Dated hotel with poor, uninspiring facilities. Small gym with quite a bit of kit out of order and no water bottles in the room.

Rooms musty, dark and need a refit. For £250 per night a lot nicer hotels you could choose

Currently being refurbished I booked as usually doubletree has a good gym, this was small and pokey and with broken machines. One redeeming factor breakfast was very good
