The room I checked into had a toilet that wasn't working. The Front Desk sent someone right over to fix it then was able to move me immediately to another room when it appeared it would take too long. I appreciated that the FD valued my time. Maggie Monzingo

Easy, convenient

Property is excellent—-new facility overall. Only negative was waiting 45 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Check in was prompt and efficient, shuttle service from airport timely and easy to locate and room was quiet and clean.

Spent two nights here with family on college tour. Conveniently located near airport. Comfy bed, nice bathroom.

Great Hotel with a close location to SFO airport. Food was surprisingly good!

While the staff were super nice... the room that we stayed in was terrible. No lighting - we felt like we were in a disco and could not see to even pack up in the morning. Also - this hotel DOES NOT have guest laundry even though it states that it does.
