Immaculate room very happy with my stay would stay again

The room did not have enough light No hot water for tea No paper cups for tea Not enough black out Very noisy in spite of asking for quiet room

Nice clean hotel close the airport

Clean and close to the airport.

I liked that it was close to the airport. But upon arriving, I noticed strange people around, and they were looking at everyone coming in and out of hotel. Once in the room, I did notice a lot of noise and housekeepers/maintenance persons, knocking on doors. Bed was uncomfortable, room wasn’t that accessible.

90% of the outlets in the room were shot and unable to hold a plugged in cable/wire. Also, very large Rats running around the outside of the property during the day.

The bathroom wasn’t working when I first got there I had to call two times to have someone come and fix it. The inconvenience was bad

I will be sending an email to the General Manager for the five to six problems with the hotel property and the room itself. A few examples: thermostat said HEAT when COLD should have been the temperature, caulking left on the floor of the shower door, towel rack was not screwed tightly.

It’s was pretty good. Although upon checking in, a manager checked me in but had a real bad attitude for no reason. I stayed quiet upon checking in but he had some issue that should not be visible during a work place.

They are charging for parking and drinking water as I have booked through Expedia.

Though the room was nice, many "things" did not work. TV cannot find a signal, the AC could not be turned on, the water flower in the shower was low etc., etc.

Very clean and modern room. Close to airport. Restaurant in hotel was very good, we had breakfast and dinner there. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Excellent staff. The room AC didn’t work properly and the room was a bit uncomfortable throughout the night.
