Check out time at 11? How come meh too soon! If didn't request at 12 they definitely tell us will check out at 11. Also on the bed has something like dry rice oh my God.

Comfortable. What's bad here is that the check-in schedule is too long at 15.00 WIB and the checkout schedule is 11.00 WIB. Not quite right. Just a suggestion to reconsider the schedule. For maximum customer satisfaction.

The rooms are nice, spacious, clean, but the unsatisfactory check-in time is not on time, we have to wait 2 hours. Not quite prepared, in my opinion. Because the guests who will stay are tired of waiting, the admin's answer is not responsive,

Friendly service, ok facilities, free extra bed. Only the swimming pool cannot be used, even though the children want to swim. Next will stay here

Accomodations are well equiped with nice bed and furniture. Room service are not satisfying due to the staff not avail all the time.
