Spa is really nice and good service

The resort is truly exceptional and offers a one-of-a-kind experience. From the moment we parked, the golf cart transition to the main lobby set a stunning tone for our stay. I was particularly impressed by the meticulous landscaping; the grounds are lush, vibrant, and perfectly maintained. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. Although we arrived early, the staff went above and beyond to provide our keys by 1:00 PM rather than the standard 2:00 PM. In the interim, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch by the pool, where the service was consistently attentive and detail-oriented. The room itself was spectacular, with the bathtub and outdoor bedding serving as standout features. I highly recommend this property for any occasion.

The staff at the restaurant were very lovely. I forgot to ask their names. Thank you for recommending the food and drinks so well. The swimming pool is very large, but the room smells a little musty. They provide mosquito repellent lotion in the room. There are many activities to do, various workshops. I also took my mother to make scented candles.

The hotel is beautiful and in tropical unique style. Peaceful and private. Lot of outdoor activities such as tennis, skate board and large swimming pool. Breakfast is various and perfect for both western and Thai style breakfast buffet. Good value.

It is a place to stay with a location, right on the beach, but separated by a road. There are many activities to do in the accommodation. The room is clean. The food is delicious. The staff is very good. The night I went, I had a headache. I called the staff to ask for painkillers. They were very nice and delivered them to my room in less than 5 minutes. The accommodation is very good, but the only problem is that the two rooms I booked had very bad TV signals in both rooms. I asked the accommodation and they couldn't fix it. I wanted to change rooms because I was the one who organized the tips and brought friends to visit and recommended this accommodation, but I didn't think that this kind of problem would happen because before this, I had no problem with the TV signal, so I complained to the accommodation, but the accommodation upgraded the room, but the accommodation upgraded only one room. I had to pay an additional 800 baht, but the accommodation seemed good and gave a special discount of 600 baht. I was confused because I booked two rooms, but only one room was upgraded. I had to pay for the other room myself, even though both rooms had problems. I had stayed there a month before and stayed for two nights. I had a problem with the water pipes, which was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I tried changing to another room, which was a bit cheaper, but I didn't think that the comfort of the room would be reduced. It should be improved. For a 5-star accommodation, do you watch the TV or not? Guests need to be prepared because I have stayed in a much lower grade, only 500 baht, and the TV signal was better. I wouldn't dare recommend it, but if I were to recommend it, I would have to say that everything is good, but the TV signal is not watchable. You have to accept it and then book.
