Suitable for families with children. There is a swimming pool for children and an infinity pool and the water is heated. The service is very good. The restaurant menu is affordable and tastes delicious, from noodles, fried rice, mendoan tempeh. The number of guests staying must be appropriate for access to the swimming pool and mini zoo. The location is far from anywhere and the road is very uphill, try to bring necessities and light snacks from the city. Although we can buy food and snacks at the hotel. The worst thing is the condition of the hotel towels is very dirty. It's only fragrant but the stains from previous guests are still there. Of the 3 towels, all are in the same condition. The sheets are also the same. And automatically the blankets etc. I tried to ignore it, because if I thought about it I definitely wouldn't be able to sleep. Because the washing system is not good. It would be better if there was a kapstok in the bathroom. For the condition of the mini zoo, it is concerning and very far from its natural habitat. All animals except deer and goats (turtles, geese, birds) are only fed 1 type, namely fur (chicken feed). Indeed, the entrance fee is cheap, but please pay attention to the condition of the animals too. Please improve the quality of the food ingredients and taste for the free breakfast menu because it is very different from the quality and taste if you order it yourself.

a comfortable place to take a break from the noisy world of work 😁 the staff is very friendly .. check in and check out times are as stated. for breakfast, the menu variations can be increased, but actually with this menu I am quite satisfied ☺. there is a mini zoo bird garden and park. the swimming pool view is satisfying. it's all free for those who stay. for the deluxe room, the atmosphere from above looks very good ... maybe if it's enough at night, just stay in the room .. the atmosphere is quite quiet and calm because the accommodation is in the back area .. thank all the staff who have hosted us well 😇

all the staff are nice, the bathroom is flooded and the drainage is a bit difficult.. when there are guests next door, the sound from outside or the next door is loud, disturbing your sleep..

At the beginning I was given Familyroom 103, the AC wasn't cold, the heater wasn't on. The technician fixed the heater in the bathroom for almost 30 minutes, pacing back and forth was really annoying. Finally moved to room at 8pm. It was a hassle moving because I brought 3 small children with a lot of stuff 🥴. In the new room it was dusty, the sink was dirty with black spots like it had never been cleaned, the toilet was difficult to flush. Why aren't the rooms checked first, before being given to customers? Breakfast with beef soup, the meat is really tough, can't be eaten. Dirty swimming pool. It turned out that when I checked out, the staff said that there was no TV remote, even though I didn't turn on the TV at all. I was detained for almost 30 minutes because they couldn't find the TV remote, I swear. You feel like a thief, especially since I brought 3 small children. Finally I said, just unpack my suitcase. Instead of having to wait until sometime. In the end, he said the remote was found and slipped. 😤. Why didn't the staff do a thorough search first? Before customer info? I swear, my recent staycation was very uncomfortable. Maybe because the service is bad, it makes the hotel quiet. Because customers don't want to come back because they are disappointed. This is my first and last stay at this hotel.

Room cleanliness is lacking. When I entered the toilet there was feces that had not been flushed. The floor of the room is dusty, the pillows are thin. The bed linen was also environmentally dirty and not well maintained.

The facilities and view are good, if possible the swimming pool can reduce the chlorine, sis 😊.

Suka banget karena tempatnya asri, luas dan nyaman. Ada infinite pool, ada mini zoo, kalo bawa anak-anak dijamin mereka suka. Sarapan nya? Mantafs. Banyak spot foto bagus di sini. Staff hotel ramah & helpful. Malam terakhir kami menginap sempat ngobrol-ngobrol dengan staff hotel, mereka sangat membantu memberikan informasi tentang tempat-tempat yang bagus.

Kalo butuh suasana tenang, dengan view yang indah, tempat ini sangat cocok, menu di resto nya enak, apalagi nasi goreng jagung nya, kamar nya bersih, pelayanannya bagus banget

Hotel yang jauh dari kata membosankan. Dimana-mana kami menemukan objek yang menyenangkan untuk keluarga. Pelayanan sangat ramah, staff sangat perhatian, mau mendengar keluhan kami mengenai kesulitan orang tua kami dalam menjangkau room dari tempat parkir. Sampai pulangpun kami masih patut berterima kasih karena perhatian staff tentang barang kami yang tertinggal bahkan sampai bersedia membantu proses pengiriman barang kami ke surabaya. Mudahkan akses tamu dari parkir ke area hotel dan kuatkan jaringan wifi maka bagi saya hotel ini akan menjadi hotel pilihan utama sekaligus teratas di Kediri 😊.
