The room was dirty and dusty as if it hadn't been cleaned for a long time.

Like an abandoned hotel for the dining area.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom needs to be considered again. There is a lot of dust in the headboard area. The bathroom door cannot be closed tightly from the outside, so the door is a quarter open and noisy because of the exhaust because the door cannot be closed. If the exhaust is turned off, the smell of the bathroom comes out into the room. Hopefully this can be a concern.

It was only 11 am and I was already told to leave Breakfast was only served at 7.30 am 🤨 The AC didn't work when I first arrived... The TV was dirty and dusty and the refill water also seemed like it had never been replaced...

Great according to our wishes. God willing, next time off duty will stay here again.

strategic location. but the facilities need to be repaired and cleaned. it seems like there is a repair process there. for a budget transit hotel it's okay. but for a long stay it's not recommended.

Large room size can accommodate a family with complete facilities especially a 58-inch TV. Highly recommended for airport transit with family.

Staying here makes it easy to access Lombok International Airport.

For the price of 1 room 1 person it is very worth it, below there is a restaurant that is quite delicious and the price is standard, next to M-mart and a short walk there is an Alfamart in the gas station area. only for the bathroom for 1 room 1 person most are not worth it, water mold and sometimes the aroma is not good, but for 1 room 2 people, the bathroom is quite proper. The sleeping area is comfortable and the AC is a bit not cold enough. overall for that price it is quite good if you are just transiting. The staff is very friendly, I have never entered an email order but I have paid and there is proof of the email, I was invited to rest and it was taken care of the next morning because it was already 2 am. for breakfast don't expect much, for that price you can get food too okay, remember there is a restaurant below if you don't like the breakfast menu.

The only cons is they have no elevator here, so if you get a room in the 4th floor prepare your energy for taking the stairs 😅

Location close to the airport and friendly and satisfying service.

Strategic location in front of the airport, the hotel is also aesthetic.

The staff were friendly and helpful, including waking me up early in the morning to go to the airport at 4 am. They even provided me with breakfast. Thank you very much. Hopefully I can go to Lombok again and stay at the Tanawu airport hotel.

Stay di sini hanya semalam sebagai transit dari Gili Trawangan menuju pulang ke Jakarta, dipilih karena posisinya yang bener-bener depan airport (tapi gak berarti bisa jalan kaki dari hotel ke airport ya, bisa sih, tapi siap mandi keringat aja hehe) cocok untuk flight pagi-pagi, kamarnya simple, ada wifi, kasur bersih, AC dingin, sarapan juga sederhana hanya NasGor+Telur aja tapi enak gak hambar, yang disayangkan cuma di dalam kamar ketemu kecoa sama kelabang (mungkin masuk dari kamar mandi, entahlah, untung gak gede-gede amat). Overall, cocok untuk transit cari dekat dengan bandara.

Hotelnya tak ada lift dan wifinya macet.
