The hotel's condition is average, even though the advertisement was very attractive. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, so we know what we're reviewing here. On a scale of 1-10, it's at 7 (on a scale of 1-5, it's at 3) because it doesn't match the price of around Rp600,000 per night. The hotel door is open so you have to use a key, and the floor is damp because the AC isn't working properly. On the second day, we complained, the AC was fixed, but that night it stopped working again. On the third day, we asked for a room change but couldn't because another room had already been booked (this is funny, they said the other room was already booked, we should have moved so it could be fixed and new guests could stay comfortably). The parking lot is narrow, so it takes time when we want to leave to move the vehicle. The staff is 70% trained, so it's more of a shame because they are confused by the complaint. Senior staff can only report to their superiors. Breakfast is from outside, so if they say it's ready at 7:00, it's a big lie because we arrived at 7:30 and breakfast still hadn't arrived. It could have been better.
