Perfect

Hotel is clean confortable and close to amazing restaurants bars and shopping

Perfect location right in the Punta Sur Mall with tons of dining choices, easy parking (free but a little complicated with using machines to validate tickets) and it felt very safe. The room was super clean with a nice shower and plenty of room. The staff were GRWAT! I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel inside and out, the ambience around is great. Lots of things to do, shopping, restaurants, casinos ect. The only thing I have to mentioned is the elevators at the hotel were very small and slow it took a while to go up or down

Great location, it makes it easy to drive back and forth to the berry growing areas!! Nice and quief, plenty of food choices, from top cuisine to your basic hamburger joints.

We were given a lower grade room then we paid so we had to go back down and ask for the room we booked. Clearly short staffed as we waited 30 mins for our room well after check in time.

Pros: I liked the location of the property. Do not have to travel far for food which is a plus considering how much traffic there is. It takes about an hour to travel 12 miles in midday traffic. Lots of restaurants and shopping upstairs and downstairs. Cons: I booked months in advanced and was placed in a handicapped room. The staff member who checked us in did not mention this. I only realized this once we were in the room. I’m not sure how this happened as I arrived before checkin time so there must’ve been rooms. They should have done a free upgrade. My sister stayed in a different room and ended with bites one of her legs. Not sure if it was bed bugs but they looked like it.

Overpriced and if you stay here it’s cause you’re there for an event outside of that I wouldn’t recommend staying here you’ll visit Mexico and a shopping center…..

All personnel was outstanding. Amazing place

Area is clean and upbeat. Hotel charged me twice for room and was not able to just refund the extra charge without going through a lot of hassle, so disappointed with that. They charged me an extra $800 dollars!
