still suitable for overnight stay

The place looks nothing like the pictures. It’s very dirty and feels unsafe, as outsiders can come in and out at any time

The hotel’s lobby is stinky in the first place. The bed sheets were stained, I had to ask for the bed sheet to be changed which was refused in the first place. Then I asked for bed sheets so I can change myself. After I said I couldn’t sleep like that, they provided me with bed sheets and I changed myself. The room had a weird smell, like I was in a hospital. The bathroom wasn’t that super clean or anything, but it was fine. It wasn’t a pleasant stay,

Good for the price point, so can’t complain

Unfriendly receptionist, dirty hotel, room not cleaned because they didn't leave the room key (why there's no spare/master key) btw the key is still manual not card, location on the side of a busy bypass road, very noisy even into the room, the hotel facade has holes in it so there's no barrier into the building so it's dirty and noisy, the elevator is broken -> go down carrying your suitcase via the stairs 🙃, don't come here again.

Comfortable and affordable, suitable for family vacations

I stayed with my family, so I chose a family room. The room was spacious, and I didn't expect it to accommodate four people in one room for that price. Unfortunately, the floor looked clean but turned out to be dirty, I found a torn pillowcase, and the bathroom water smelled strange. The hallway was a bit dark. Luckily, the elevator and access to the beach were helpful. Restaurants and a minimarket were also very close, within walking distance. There's JCO and Chatime on the ground floor. Hopefully, these shortcomings can be improved.

The location is strategic. It's close to everywhere.

On Saturday night, July 26th, the hotel on the 3rd floor was bustling with guests chatting until morning, their voices were very disturbing.
