Staying at Lovina Inn in Polux is fun. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The instructions are very detailed and clear. And most importantly the apartment is very nice, oh yes because in the apartment there is a small kitchen with complete equipment that can be used for cooking while staying. And most importantly it is very comfortable to stay here with family 👍 the location access is good and strategic. Cool 🌼🌼

Anyway, this is the umpteenth time at Lovina Apartments, both at Harborbay Residen, at One Resident and Pollux Habibi Meisterstadt, the best service. Hopefully it gets better 🙏

Nyaman tinggal di sini tapi masih ada kekurangan, tempat tidur ada banyak rambut orang mau komplin sudah malam jadi ya terpaksa tidur tapi nggak nyenyak, kamar mandi airnya menggenang nggak bisa kering dan kotor berdaki-daki kurang menjaga kebersihan, ini pengalaman ke 2x nya saya nginep di sini ikutin kemauan anak, yang pertama di bulan Nov dan suasana agak berbeda, yang ke 2 ini kamar dan dapur sudah direnovasi jadi tambah bagus tapi harga naik sedikit, jaga kebersihan karena nggak semua orang mau kotor terutama kamar mandi.

The unit is clean and comfortable for families. Spacious room for a very pocket-friendly price. An extra bed has been provided. Initially there was an AC problem in the main room but as soon as we chatted with CS, the problem was immediately resolved. Highly recommended!

Kamar sangat nyaman karena interior serba baru dan bersih, compliment berupa snack dan mineral water sesuai jumlah tamu, hanya saja bingung saat akan memakai hot water, listrik rasanya sudah dihidupkan tapi tetap tidak panas.
