Suitable for backpackers, comfort according to price

I was really disappointed after arriving at the hotel, the room was not as ordered. The air conditioner was broken and it was very stuffy. The room could not be used, it had been paid for and could not be refunded. And finally had to rent a deluxe room again. Added costs again. Oh dear. Please Traveloka to follow up on this matter.

Old hotel. Many of the hotel furniture is broken. Plus it is close to the city center of Klaten square. The service is very friendly mother.

The hotel is quite comfortable. It's just that the rooms & building are old. The AC is not too cold.

The location is strategic near the alun-alun klaten, the breakfast is delicious.
