The location and room are actually comfortable, but the cleanliness of the room and toilet is very bad, there are saws in the room, the bathroom is dirty and there is no soap or shampoo.

Scam, udah pesan tapi dibilang travelokanya salah harga, disuruh refund ke traveloka terus bayar 200 rb buat buka kamar baru.

Saya sudah booking tetapi tidak check-in karena tidak adanya pemberitahuan sebelumnya bahwasanya pemesanan dibawa 100 harus cancel/refund lalu setibanya sampai di sana barulah ada pemberitahuan tersebut. Lalu untuk refund dipersulit terlalu banyak yang harus di hubungi, ketika dihubungi panggilan langsung diakhiri atau ditolak. So bad.
