It turns out that what is in the photo does not match the reality. It's a 2-star hotel. The swimming pool at the location is dirty and full of leaves, if you want to swim properly you have to go to another location which is a bit higher and you have to drive. I was just surprised that it didn't match the reality in the photo. I wanted to upgrade the info and it was full, but in reality it was all deserted, including the villas. Not satisfied 🙂

Overall good, just the surrounding area is a bit poorly maintained. If it was tidied up it would be much better.

stayed in the rose type, the glamping was comfortable but I got a room next to the bamboo tree *lots of ants and insects (hotel staff were very helpful in helping me clean and spray insects). Suggestions: the quality and taste of food in the cafe and breakfast need to be improved and the food should be diversified. Pest control should also be given more attention. Moreover, I brought a toddler, there were red ants climbing onto the bed so it was uncomfortable for me to sleep. the risk of being bitten by insects or the child being bitten by insects.

The food is quite good, but the room facilities are really bad, please don't make the corners of the bed too sharp because it's very dangerous for those with small children, there are lots of ants in the room that reach the mattresses so sleeping is uncomfortable, and the pillows smell like they haven't been washed, please improve the comfort, for a 5 star view

Quite disappointed because of the system error where it was written that check-in could be from 07.00, but when we got there the receptionist said it could only be done at 2 because of a system error.
