It's really dirty, all the floors have hair, don't know what hair. Smells bad, the floor is dirty, the toilet is really dirty, the sheets are also dirty, the table & other things are dirty too 🥲 the towels are also really dirty & smelly, 🥲 it seems like the sheets have only been changed casually, but the room is not cleaned at all. Not worth it at that price. Sorry, I've never come across a cheap hotel room this dirty. Only stay 1 hour, then check out after getting it. another hotel.

The walls are peeling a lot, the TV has no broadcasts, no antennas and so on, the TV is just a display. The toilet faucet keeps leaking, the mattress per sinks.

The guards don't stand by, the rooms are cramped but given check-in time until 12 pm.

The address is not clear, I spent almost 1 hour to get to the exact location. The name of the property itself is also confusing only “singgahsini near amikom” without any exact title which make it harder to search it on google maps. Also when I click the direction button, it does not direct me to the correct location. I had to ask a lot of people before finding the correct location. There is also no stand by receptionist there, make it very hard to check in.

Cleanliness is maintained, service is also good, prices are in accordance with the facilities obtained.

Finally able to try staying here, overall okay, comfortable rooms, and guaranteed security.

The first time I came, I was surprised that it was a male boarding house, sure I wasn't sure how much different it was from the photo. Kos guy who rents out several rooms for the day. Even though check-in is at 9 pm, it turns out that you have to wait because the room has not been prepared. The music from the boarding house residents is loud even though they have a baby. The room has a lot of cobwebs, the bathroom has shampoo packs, hair, really dirty. Even though I just want to transit before dawn, I have checked out, but I can't sleep. Want to cry wanting to check out, but looking for another inn is full. For the price of a room like this, you can get a much cleaner and decent one. For the owner: "If it's not ready to be rented daily on the application, please don't force it! This is only suitable for boarding children. Not for families.!"

Memorable stay experience, the manager was contacted not picked up, maybe because I checked in at 23.00 WIB, finally met the guard and he seemed surprised when I said "I want to stay. Then after waiting for about 15 minutes, I was taken to a room on the 2nd floor to be precise, a room in the corner, an attractive room with a paint motif that may have been intentionally left peeling off due to dampness, a mattress that slid into the floor. inside, sheets and bolsters that smell musty, no blankets, no soap, shampoo and even a toothbrush, I was only given a towel! Plus in the toilet there are a lot of hair collections in the drain and it is highly recommended if you stay here to bring room deodorizer as well as the cable roller itself to charge the cellphone.
