Great location, amazing food and restaurant staff. Rooms average, but did what we needed. The Spa is small and an additional charge, we only paid for 1 hour and that was plenty of time. Reception staff were a big let down, difficult to deal with and not very accommodating or gracious, so that put a downer on the stay!

We picked this hotel as it was advertised to have an electric car charger . It did not . We were told we could charge our car at the Hospital somewhere down the road .

It’s cheap and convenient for a stopover to the alps. The staff at reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean, but the bathroom could do with attention. There is a significant amount of mould and staining in the shower which is unpleasant.
