It was not disappointing to stay here close to the center of Jakarta with shopping and culinary areas.

Strategic location, only when checking in at 4 pm the room was still not ready, and the most disappointing thing was that the AC was not working, even though the engineer had checked it, it still did not work, so we decided to check out at 10 pm, because the room was not suitable for sleeping, next time before selling the room to the customer, make sure the facilities in the room are really working properly.

Awesome, comfortable, strategic location, and very easy to find food around the hotel. Blok M. The hotel is bright and not dimly lit. Very comfortable for families.

Strategic location, busy food court, quite a lot of food variety, delicious taste, only the room space tends to be narrow and there is no parking for cars, overall it was ok during my 3-day stay there 👍

The hotel is very strategic, next to Blok M Square Mall, and close to Lawson if you want to buy snacks at night, but unfortunately the AC is not cold enough.

Check-in was listed at 2:00 PM, but I wasn't able to enter my room until 3:47 PM—meaning I waited for over an hour. By then, I was very tired, hot, and fasting. I was asked to wait, but wasn't called. When I asked again, it turned out the room had been ready. At the same time, another guest who had just checked in returned to the front desk to complain because he had booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. After the guest left, the female receptionist gave him a cynical look from behind, which I found disrespectful. When I entered the room, I also smelled damp. Perhaps on weekdays, the hotel's price is reasonable, so the quality is appropriate, but when I stayed during high season with higher prices, expectations were certainly different. Second, when I asked for mineral water (because the room hadn't been cleaned that morning, so I requested it), the service was very slow. I had to call twice and wait about 40 minutes just for two bottles of water. I wouldn't have minded getting them myself. Third, during breakfast, I had already confirmed with the male receptionist (who was also less than friendly) and was given permission to enter immediately. However, after I had gotten a drink, the restaurant staff eyed me uncomfortably from afar, then approached me and asked for my room number. Why wasn't they asked immediately upon entering, but after I had already gotten my drink? This made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was taking something that wasn't rightfully mine. In conclusion, the female receptionist was less than responsive, and the male receptionist was less than friendly. Perhaps I'm being sensitive, but making guests feel uncomfortable shouldn't be a normal part of service.

The minus of this hotel is they didn’t provide parking ticket deductions, while other hotels in the same area have flat tickets for parking.

Comfortable room, cold AC, excellent room cleanliness, will come back again, recommended 👍

The location is actually good, and there's no problem with the hotel, but I'd advise against staying here if you're driving. I recently had to pay 120,000 Rupiah for parking for a day because the hotel doesn't cover parking like other hotels in the area.

Comfortable hotel, close to Blok M shopping and culinary center.

Maybe the Wi-Fi network can be improved, which is not evenly distributed in every corner of the room, because in the room I use, the network is not very good.

We had the luxury of choices when it comes to food! All around the walking distance of the hotel.

Hotel staff are always ready to help

The location is very strategic, cleanliness is ok, but small details like the tissue holder need attention, yesterday the tissue holder was dirty when it was opened

The hotel did not confirm with us regarding the continuation of our stay, but suddenly asked us to check out even though we still wanted to add 1 night... the way the receptionist explained it to us was also very impolite.

The location is very strategic because it is inside the Blok M complex, everywhere is close and there are many culinary choices around the hotel, there are also many hangout spots, surely those who often go to Blok M know. Only because the location is inside Blok M, so you have to pay for parking if you enter. The only downside is probably the room is quite small, but it is clean.
