The hotel staff was very helpful, providing check-in instructions, etc.
The room was nice, had an interesting theme, and was comfortable. However, the AC wasn't cold enough, perhaps because Bandung was hot yesterday. But everything else was good.

A hotel with a themed interior design that matches the name of the unit we chose. For example, we chose the Tanzania unit, and the interior style follows the Tanzanian theme, showcasing its beautiful flora and fauna. The bed types are also very attractive and caught the attention of our children, who love playing indoors. We were very happy and comfortable staying in this apartment.

The kids definitely loved the rooms, as they had themes and slides. However, bathroom amenities weren't provided, so we had to bring our own. I'd suggest keeping weekend rates lower than weekdays so we can stay there again and try out the other themed rooms.
