My experience staying here was very exciting because the environment is close to the city center, jogging track and swimming pool are super comfortable and magnificent, but when I entered the room I was a bit disappointed because the first day I entered the room there were many problems, such as the water tap was broken, clogged, and the sink was also clogged, hopefully this will be taken care of by the management, the first day I informed that I wanted to upgrade to the executive room but the FO said it was fully booked and I checked Traveloka and there were still several empty rooms, I was a bit disappointed, hopefully it will be improved again in the future. Rooms are cleaned daily, spacious, fully equipped, with excellent service, a varied and delicious breakfast menu, and conveniently located close to everything.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the cleanliness is good, the view is good, the location is strategic, but they don't tell you that if you stay more than a day you have to charge your card, and it takes a while to enter using a card.

Valley parking service when picking up the car is very slow..... almost 1 hour...
