Checked in at 2:30, told the room wasn't ready, and was ignored. No drinks or snacks were provided. An hour later, I returned and the same thing happened. Another 10 minutes later, I returned with a frustrated look on my face, and was finally given an upgrade. The floor in the room was sticky, as if it wasn't clean enough, and the bathtub was yellow and clogged. It's a shame, the quality is so far from what it was when Aston was still operating.

Prepare spare time for parking

1. Lift is off switching from PLN to generator 2. Lift is just 1 for 34 floor 3. Bathroom is dirty 4. toilet flush is broken 5. The ambiance is creepy

The room is very spacious.. But because it is an old hotel, it really feels like an old hotel, plus the yellow lights.. I suggest changing the hotel lights to white if possible to change the image of an old hotel.. Strategic location near Kokas Mall..

An apartment-style hotel. It feels like living in an apartment with a 2-bedroom unit. There's a kitchen and refrigerator, so you can cook anything you want. The service is friendly. We got a high floor, 31. Close to Epicentrum Walk, PasFest, and you can exercise and swim nearby. Everything is within walking distance. Our four days there were enjoyable.

Just arrived, greeted by the security guard and directed to the receptionist. The check-in process was also smooth and the staff were also friendly, especially *INAYA & MIFTAH*. Thank you 🙏

The room that I stayed was an old room, the lightning was bad, the AC not cold.

Apartment concept hotel suitable for families... only the building is quite old

I've stayed here twice, so far so good, only the toilet looks like it's old.

When I stayed there, the AC wasn't cold, and then the gas ran out, but the gas replacement process was quite long, and I had to follow up several times.

Even cleaner, lots of small animals on the room furniture

It's perfect for those who need a temporary place to stay in Jakarta for work but still want the comfort of home.

Two great things about this hotel are the location and the spacious rooms. Everything else feels lacking, especially cleanliness.
