Staying at Horison Ultima Rasuna during a business trip was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, with its own workspace and living room, allowing you to stay productive without feeling cramped. There's also a kitchen, perfect for light cooking or just making your own coffee. The location is strategically located near offices in Kuningan, making it easy to get everywhere, and Grab is a breeze to pick up. The Wi-Fi is fast, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the hotel's atmosphere is peaceful, allowing you to work while relaxing. It's perfect for those who need a temporary place to stay in Jakarta for work but still want the comfort of home.

Two great things about this hotel are the location and the spacious rooms. Everything else feels lacking, especially cleanliness.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. It was totally different from what was advertised. The building is old, the sink and toilets were leaking water, the bathtub was not clean, the wall paints were coming off, and the window handles were broken. The only thing good I found was the balcony, but it was not accessible, I wonder why!

although the furniture and room furnishings are relatively old but still function well. recommended for visitors who want to be with family (rooms are not far apart) because the atmosphere of the room is like an apartment/home.

Friendly staff, easy access

The staff is friendly and very helpful, the breakfast is varied and delicious, the room is clean and you can get a room with a city view.

I stayed one night at this hotel and unfortunately was quite disappointed with the condition of the room. Although the room was spacious and the location was strategic, the condition of the facilities in the room were very poorly maintained. The items in the room looked old and dusty, the AC and the automatic room perfume sprayer made quite a noisy sound. The bed cover looked dirty with spots, the pillow cases were also yellow. The cupboard also looked dirty and had not been cleaned properly. The most disappointing thing was the condition of the bathroom. The size of the shower area was very small (similar to a place for ablution), the floor was dirty, and there was no mat provided. The only thing I could appreciate was the spaciousness of the room and the fairly good breakfast. Hopefully in the future the hotel management can pay more attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities so that the experience of staying there becomes more comfortable.

The hotel has now improved a lot, the cleanliness of the rooms is better. Only the bathroom mat by request is quite strange. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms only 2 towels. Maybe it should be adjusted to the capacity of 4 people. And the front office does not have a landline phone yet. There was just another incident in the morning, suddenly the wooden strip on the wall next to the bed fell, fortunately it did not hit the sleeping baby. The good thing is that the service came quickly and fixed it. For breakfast at this hotel, the menu is okay, more of a heavy Asian menu. The taste of the food is delicious and does not disappoint.

The hotel is not well maintained, the dim atmosphere is dirty. The room area is dirty with lots of spider webs, the wifi can't connect, the AC is noisy but not cold, the toilet is broken and won't stop flushing, the gallon of water is dirty as if it hasn't been changed for months, the linen is full of dirty spots, no bath mat, very disappointed with spending a price of over one million to get a hotel in this condition.

Overall the room is cold, the swimming pool is still ok even though the room looks like an old apartment, it's better. I happened to get a small wick stove, the room can't be closed even though it's locked from the inside. It's better not to store anything in the room if you want to leave it downstairs or anywhere. Access to the room is good. Overall my child slept soundly 2 rooms the AC is cold the living room is cold 2806 cmn my room mm 2805 the AC is noisy, dripping water. Needs to be improved so that all guests are comfortable. Thank you
