To overrated. Brand doesn’t deserve high price.

Hizmet tenizlik ilgi çok guzel sadece kapidan cok ses geliyor bu rahatsiz etti. Sanirim gorevli odasinin yanindaydi oda sebebi bu olabilir ama bu ses rahatsiz etti kapilarda yalitim oluyormu bilmiyorum ama dikkate alinmali bence.

The hotel service is very good, hotel is connected to a mall which is good, however the rooms and mattress needs renovation

The staff was very helpful and highly contributed to our pleasant stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Room was very clean. We recommend this hotel and have already booked it for our next stay.

The receptionist was checking me in and stopped in the middle to take care of other customer who was checking out. This is very rude and unprofessional. The room said no smoking but the room smells cigarette and had to leave the windows open throughout my stay.

Awful customer service that I didn’t expect from a Hilton hotel.

A very good location on the Asian side. Shopping mall entry from hotel, which was more reasonable than overcrowded malls on the European side. Breakfast was excellent for quality per $. The gym could be improved by adding some leg devices. I suggest changing the kids pool to a hot tub. It was never used by kids and the pool needs a hot tub. Overall, it was a good place and I will book again.

The AC was not cooling enough. After a couple of calls to the receptionist, it was still not cooling down enough.

Staff at the hotel was nice but was it came to getting a receipt I couldn't get a detailed receipt. I'm still working on it but no one wants to help me. called the 800 number and all that person did was try to enroll me with H Honers club and all I get is the run around and I feel your system is not very helpful.
