The place to stay is okay, but unfortunately there are a number of damaged facilities such as a broken sink, a warm shower that doesn't work, the fridge snow is very thick, the karaoke is broken, there is no check list of items in the homestay, the person who handed over the initial key was different from the person who checked stuff when you get home.

Nice place and close to the city center, but the guards are not friendly and there is a lot of miscommunication with the owner, and the water often dies.
