Unprofessional in managing the inn. Disappointing.

First booking, on December 29, 2021, it was very disappointing, the empty villa was said to be still there, finally failed to check-in and we were forced to move to the hotel we booked, while the old people we brought were very tired. Incidentally, the plan was that there were 6 people living there, old people aged 67 years, 72 years, 102 years and their assistants. Yes in the end it failed. I didn't take my booking on January 5, 2022, afraid to disappoint like before, painstakingly looking for an address, waiting for the key from the one who took care of the villa, it took quite a long time. Uh lost money for rent + fines. It's funny to rent this villa

2-storey house with 4 rooms, suitable for families or those who stay busy. for 6 people. location in elite housing behind Gelael Gajah Mungkur. each room has air conditioning, towels and bath soap. gallons of mineral water are provided. recommended... the house is clean like new
