The place is comfortable and clean, so you feel more at home here, especially at night, the view is very beautiful.

The refrigerator is not cold at all, the water heater kettle is leaking, there are gallons of water but the contents are small, there is dirt that is just piled up at the end of the balcony and covered on the table and clothes line. When I wanted to check in, I was thrown here and there, until there were 3 numbers and low response.

Harus ada jaminan 300 ribu dibalikan seminggu setelah menginap dan jorok juga WC ya ada noda darah. Sprei ya kuning banget. Parkir juga bayar 85. Mending hotel budget. Kalo satu 1 minggu uang jaminan ga dibalikan 300 ribu.

Thank you, my apartment and family are very satisfied staying here, the air conditioner is cold, the stove can also be used so you can cook, the view is great for celebrating the new year here. You can see all the spots where the fireworks are lit. It's just a shame there's no gallon of aqua, just lucky to be able to buy it below because there are retail agents & Indomaret so it's not difficult to buy necessities, and it's also close to the Maxim Fruit supermarket so it's easier to buy when you want to cook. Hopefully it can be maintained like this and can be improved even more in the future. Thanks.

Fridge is broken, stove has no gas, AC is not cold, smells bad, TV is bad, internet is not there, it's not an apartment but a boarding house.

The location is okay and the room is okay because I'm looking for something plain to relax. But the gas can't be used, the refrigerator doesn't have cold, the air conditioner is just windy. Good but kayaks are not well maintained.
