Our family had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff are very friendly, and it's very close to the bus station, making it convenient for getting around. It's truly a worthwhile place to stay. We will definitely book a room here again if we have the chance to return to Da Lat; it's fantastic!

The reception staff were lovely and enthusiastic. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff were young, friendly, and very polite. The lighting in the rooms could be improved slightly as it was quite dim. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We booked a hotel room for 1600k VND, but they didn't provide bottled water. The hotel only had four bottles of water, as shown in the picture; who would dare drink that? How can we know what kind of water it is, how clean it is, or how long it's been sitting there? If even my family wouldn't dare drink it, are they just going to leave it like that? Downstairs, the reception area has a refrigerator selling bottled water. The hotel has poor soundproofing; you can clearly hear the toilet flushing from the next room, and you can hear guests talking in the hallway too.

Excellent service from the receptionists. I was supposed to get free hair wash and discount for the spa but was told the spa already closed so they changed the service to breakfast for 2 pax for 3 days. They even entertained when i requested to change to a room with balcony. Thank you! If i ever come back to Dalat, will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The Manor is a great choice if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place that truly captures the essence of Da Lat. Friendly staff, very convenient location near the bus station. Nice room, chill bathtub, view of the whole city of Da Lat. The only problem is that the hotel lights are not turned on at night to make it sparkle, it's too dark😀
