A very bad experience staying at the Gold Coast Tower Bahamas Apartment, unit 10F (10th floor, room 10F) as follows: 1. There are lots of rules for guests who want to swim. Only 2 people are given permission for the studio type + children under 12 years old + their height does not exceed the height of a pager. 2. Parking is paid by the hour. 3. Renters are not provided with free parking facilities. 4. The Bahamian tower receptionist who was on duty on December 3 an Ajeng was very unfriendly, not educated in the hospitality sector & not professional. At first I said well, I wanted to chat with the manager, he wasn't allowed. After I got angry and told him I wanted to publish it, after I recorded all of his conversations and said I wanted to publish it on social media, he then forced me and chased me to meet his manager. So it's very unfortunate that management at the same level as Gold Coast Apartments, you know, has an attitude towards responding to guest complaints like this, and they are very unprepared to deal with complaints. 5. Strongly not recommend staying at the Gold Coast Tower Bahamas. It's better to just go to Oakwood, you pay a lot of money but you're very satisfied. 6. Requested a deposit, but not returned at check out. And the return account must be BCA too, otherwise additional fees will apply. If you dare to ask for a deposit, you should return it when checking out. 7. There are stains on the mattress.
