A truly hidden gem hotel 😁. Starting from easy access to the hotel (near Indomaret, FamilyMart, and access to the busway stop), complex security guarded 24 hours (open/close the gate) by security. The service is very friendly and helpful (I got a room with a queen bed and I asked to be moved to a twin bed) assisted in a friendly manner (thanks Ms. Dita). The room is quite spacious, clean and has a balcony. Provided a kettle and bottled drinking water that can be refilled at any time. The bathroom is clean, the water pipes are not clogged, the water heater works well. Oh yes, the breakfast is also quite good, it's just that it lacks variety, hopefully it will be a consideration for the quality of future services.
