My family stayed at Dalat Royal Palace for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff were enthusiastic, the rooms were clean, and they had on-site motorbike rental service. It was very close to major attractions like Dalat Market, the Square, Xuan Huong Lake, and Datanla roller coaster. The breakfast was delicious. On our last day, my family had an accident where a piece of glass got stuck in our hand. The manager provided a car from the hotel to take us to the hospital for treatment, and after we received first aid, they drove us back. We are very grateful for the hotel's attentive support. We hope the hotel will have many more guests and a prosperous new year. We will definitely visit again next time.

Anything happening in the hallway, loud or soft conversations, or opening and closing doors can be clearly heard inside the room. VERY NOISY. Especially rooms near the elevator are EXTREMELY NOISY. It's impossible to sleep between 11-12 midnight. Calling the reception doesn't help. Another problem is the extremely poor room numbering system, easily causing confusion. I stayed for 3 days and almost 5 times strangers knocked on my door or rang the wrong doorbell. I was constantly woken up from sleep because of this room mix-up! 0/10 - Cleanliness: On the first day, the floor was dirty; even a slight step with socks would leave it dirty. We requested room cleaning, but the floor wasn't cleaned and remained dirty! 2/10 In short: Not worth the price and experience. For this price, renting a 1-2 star hotel or guesthouse near the night market or Phan Boi Chau street would be more reasonable. Anyone looking for a place to rest should avoid this hotel, as it's very noisy and has extremely poor soundproofing!

I pulled it out and the nail came loose. In the morning, there was a bit of noise and I could hear sounds coming from the hallway, which was a bit uncomfortable.
