The hotel staff is very friendly and responsive.

The hotel is quite comfortable, it's just that there is no hot tea provided every morning, even though many hotels with that price provide tea/coffee every morning, some even provide it in each room. The location is also not very strategic if it were on the side of the road it would be easier to access.

I stay just for a night yet i had a good one. Everything went well for such a very affordable price. They have water dispenser for your drink-water needs. They said the wifi might a bit slower when it comes to cornered room, lucky me i was in a room that close to the Reception Desk. The Bathroom is so clean and theres no issue with hot water and water pressure which what i was worry about before. They have Bakmi resto which is delicious and affordable! Recommended! Above all, i might to think to stay there again later when i visit Mataram.

According to the price, comfortable to sleep, comfortable to shower. plus they give free coffee and tea so you can have coffee

2nd time staying here, first in 2023 at that time the room sheets smelled of armpits (suspicious the sheets were not changed after people checked out) the room floor was dirty, the bathroom could be cleaner. 2nd April 2025, as usual 1 building smells of cigarette smoke because smoking is allowed in this fairly closed building, so it's definitely not kid friendly + the stairs are quite sharp. Got a room on the 2nd floor, the first time I entered the room was okay. When I saw the mattress, the sheets were dirty, there were blood stains and lots of hair which definitely if they were cleaned or replaced would not be like this. The floor was dirty with lots of hair, and sticky as if it hadn't been swept and mopped every time someone checked out. The bathroom could be cleaner, at least brushed because it looked like it was rarely brushed. Plus, the staff quickly asked for help changing the sheets, although there was no initiative to clean the floor after entering the room wearing shoes. Everything can be improved.

The water in the bathroom is very small, the toilet is dirty, the shower is rusty and doesn't work, the bedroom is stuffy, it doesn't match the current price, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom and room, it is not recommended for a longer stay.

An affordable, cozy haven! I stayed here for five nights without a single complaint. The guesthouse is in a prime location, making it super convenient. Highly recommend—and I’ll definitely be back!

Water cleanliness is so bad for me, especially the toilette

Very disapointing, low maintenance. No towel, no provided amenities, not even a drinking water in the room. 😩

Staff ramah tapi seperti kurang meguasai bidangnya. Terutama staff perempuan, i don't know her name, but i remember that she's wearing a hijab. I asked about laundry services, but she kinda confused. The room is not clean enough. Untuk sesaat saya kira kamarnya salah dan belum siap, lalu saya terpikir untuk memanggil petugas tapi saya sudah terlalu lelah untuk pergi ke receptionist karena tidak ada telephone untuk layanan kamar. Jadi saya hanya membiarkannya saja lalu tidur.

Enak lengkap bisa nambah setengah hari.

Wow, the room is really dirty. Lots of rubbish under the bed, the sheets looked like they were old, dusty, the bathroom was dirty. The bathroom floor is slippery, not anymore.

Nice room, comfortable atmosphere, overall satisfied. Just put in the bathroom floor to be completely grouted, because when you shower and the floor is wet, lots of worms will appear on the floor and even on the walls. Rooms 109, 111. Hope you are pleased to receive this input. Thank You.

Hi sis, we are happy to stay at this tienery, because the receptionist and other employees are friendly. But only one suggestion, sis, in room 105 there are lots of ants, sis, because I'm really amused by ants. My suggestion is to cover the corner or ceramic with holes like that with white cement so that the ants don't come out. So the room and bathroom are kept clean from ants. Thanks, that's all.

The closed is dirty, the water is small and not warm, the room floor is still dirty.
