Nice room, friendly staff, good for Scarlett hotel

The room is comfortable, thankfully it's clean (especially the bathroom)

Not very soundproof.. you can still hear sounds in the next room

Please increase the salary of the receptionist who was on duty yesterday, Thursday, July 03, 2025, he was very friendly and was afraid that there would be obstacles when checking out earlier, he was asked why? The bathroom has a lot of yellow crust, maybe it would be better to clean it first. There are a lot of people chatting in the hallway, so it's noisy.

I have stayed here many times, the hotel staff is friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is guaranteed, the atmosphere is comfortable, security is guaranteed. There is also a minimarket on the ground floor. Ample parking.

Soundproofing is needed on the glass so that the sound of motorbikes that often race is reduced.

It's just a shame that the sound of racing motorbikes can always be heard in the room. Maybe consider adding soundproofing to the glass.

According to the price, only the AC leaks water from the indoor unit, the bathroom is a bit smelly, lacks camphor or fragrance

stayed here because I wanted to go to the script concert, the distance is not too far.. the room is comfortable, but I got a room that was a bit narrow hehe
