The facilitator is very friendly and works well together. Haven't had the chance to enjoy the swimming pool facilities but the in-room facilities are okay. The room is clean and okay. Quite close to Lotte Avenue Mall.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The toilet light was off for days, I tried to tell the staff but they didn't pay attention.

The staff were friendly and sorry because I was late to check in which was supposed to be at 16.00 but only arrived at 17.30 because of traffic jams, so the key was kept in the mailbox. The checkout process and key are stored in the mailbox. Cleanliness is still not good. When I enter the circuit breaker unit I need to turn it on myself. Kitchen cabinet doors that are not closed, doormats that are just piled up, cooking utensils that still have oil stains on them and messy arrangements. The only thing that was tidy was the bed and even that smelled musty. The condition of the room walls had lots of stains and peeling paint. The good thing about the apartment facilities and strategic location. Maybe it could be a consideration to check it first before anyone uses it and if it needs to be tidied up and cleaned. Thank You.

The key was kept in the mailbox, because check-in was very late, and when I entered the room I was immediately shocked to see the extraordinary condition of the room which was not clean, the room smelled, the kitchen area had not been wiped, the bathroom had not been wiped, the floor had not been mopped, the floor was full of ants. red, there were lots of red ants on the mattress, like it or not, in the middle of the night I had to move to a hotel, because I was afraid of being bitten by red ants while sleeping, and with the unclean conditions the sleep would definitely be uncomfortable, and there was no wifi or hot water, the floor was high , no signal, no wifi either, the phone keeps reconnecting, my first experience of staying in the worst place and it was ruined, I really got tired of the thing called Apatel, the money couldn't be refunded and in the middle of the night I had to look for another hotel, my money was gone. just over 2 million, knowing that from the start I chose to stay in a hotel, it was really a very bad experience in my life, incredibly disappointed, if you don't want to clean it and provide adequate facilities please don't rent it out, it will make the customer really disappointed and traumatized .

Highly recommended for those who want to staycation here. Clean rooms, complete equipment, just good.

First come stay a couple day. My experience during check was confuses due to no staff in charge in building, the staff contact me through WA, but my mistake I'm not response. Check in experience quite smoothly but the staff need to improve about the knowledge, not mention in apps about the deposit, the room quite clean but they provide us for hair dryer, but hair dryer was broken. Kitchen tools not clean enough. The accommodation and staff need to be improve! The swimming pool good ambience and view.

It 's say non smoking room but the room smells of ciggaretes, also a bit dirty in the corner.

Have to wait up to 3 hours to get the key to be able to check-in. Because the one holding the key is in the middle of nowhere. I waited 3 hours in the lobby. Tried complaining to online agents to no avail. The online agent CS said that it was normal for this to happen, yes, it was normal, he said. Because the information has stated the check-in time can be 2-3 hours. 🤣. Really bad experience with Apatel and online agents 🤣.

Kunci disuruh ambil sendiri di mailbox, salah pula kasih info no mailbox. Pertama buka pintu pakai Bismillah, langsung istigfar, kamar seperti kapal pecah, berantakan, jorok & bau. Janji check in jam 14.30 akhirnya baru bisa habis magrib karena dibersihkan dulu, kapok

The rooms are clean and as described. Had a problem checking in, the clerk was not available at the time I requested to check in because there was a schedule at another apartment and had to wait, but it wasn't too much of a problem for me. It is recommended not to bring a private vehicle because the parking fee is expensive.

Whoops. I'm really tired of using apatel service. Stay 3 days 2 nights at Newton 1 Jakarta, car parking fees are not covered. As a result pay 142 thousand for parking. Wifi is not available, the mobile data network in unit 2312 is really bad. When you're in the apartment, you can't connect to the internet. Hot water off. No words needed. Could it be worse? Yep, Apatel asked us to deposit 300,000 rupiah before checking in. Then when returning the deposit, admin fees will be deducted if we input an account number other than BCA. This rule was never explained at the outset. Even though I also transferred via BNI to their BCA account, I didn't use an admin fee cut. Then when I confirmed, they just sent the rules and regulations regarding the return of the deposit haha. Not recommended at all. Thanks.

I like the room. Security is polite. His staff is not good at his words to reprimand his customers. Please fix. Continue to research all the items before calling the customer. Because I was a little offended by the words "bring" things in the room.
