This hotel is near the airport easy to access, the room was according to what we booked, family room. Unfortunately the room is on the top floor. 😔.

The reception is unprofessional, the room is not as booked.

I booked 2 rooms on May 31st to wait for the flight. My sister's room everything is fine, only my room is room 505 has a little problem, the toilet has black stains that look dirty and the tv doesn't work, around 11pm suddenly the air conditioner didn't work and I tried to use the phone desk to call reception but too bad, the desk phone can't be used. I waited for about 20 minutes and it still didn't work so I went out to call them, but the elevator didn't work either😢. In general, the hotel is quite close to Noi Bai airport about more than 2km, the owner of the hotel is enthusiastic, she also supports my sister and me with a 7-seater car to go to the airport for free. The breakfast she prepared was quite well done.
