I had a memorable vacation, worthy of expectations including shuttle service (but it's often full so I have to book early) friendly staff arranged a room early when I arrived at 12pm. In the common area there are many amenities (game zone, cinema (new movie), convenience store, I also have 2 children so I can't move out much so an area with full functions, entertainment, eating, sleeping, swimming like that meets my expectations, will come back in July (but I wish there were more buses because booking all the way back and forth to pick up guests makes me sick)

Spacious, clean room. Great sea view. Quick and easy procedure. Enthusiastic staff. Diverse, delicious breakfast, served continuously.

The elevator is quite far away, the food is not good.

I had a bad experience when the restaurant was too crowded for breakfast and had to switch to another restaurant in the area, but the number of guests was just as crowded. I deposited but checked out more than 17 days ago and still have not received a refund from the resort. I contacted the operator, the staff said they would check and report back but there was no response.

100 points, no buts. :) Very suitable for families, large campus, if you have children under 2 years old, you should bring a stroller for your child, to move comfortably within the area. Staff at all levels from management to service are enthusiastic and friendly.

Mọi thứ đều rất ổn ngoại trừ em gái nhân viên ở Grand Cafe đã bán cái bánh cho con mình, mình nói mua để bé chụp bức ảnh cùng ba mẹ thổi nến nhân sn 10 tủi, có cả nến luôn nhưng ẻm nhất định là không cho thắp và thổi cây nến đó, giải thích là vì "chỗ cafe của em không cho phép đốt bất kỳ cái gì hết, sẽ vi phạm an ninh báo cháy," ây dà dà :) 5 giây để thổi cây nến tí hon và chụp bức ảnh SN mà quá khó khăn, cuối cùng mình đem nến ra sảnh ngồi thổi. Mọi thứ khác có vẻ hoàn hảo, chỉ em gái robot ấy quá tệ!

Khuyến khích các bạn nên đến 1 lần. Trở lại khu nghỉ dưỡng Holiday Inn Hồ Tràm Beach lần thứ 3 trong năm nhưng gia đình tôi vẫn cảm thấy rất hứng khởi. Beautiful scenery, beautiful view. The resort is newly built so it's new and clean. Lovely friendly staff. My mother is sick. The staff called to inquire and gave free check-out for another 2 hours. The family had a well-deserved holiday.

We have a wonderful stay for our family of two adults and two children. Everything is perfect, but the hot water at the hotel is not hot enough even though it's maxed out, it's just warm. I'm just not satisfied with this because my baby comes from the swimming area to the room with a lot of wind, so it's cold and he's used to hot and warm baths, so the water is not enough for him to warm up.

The hotel has a shuttle bus from District 1. For early check-in, winter weekends should wait a bit long to check-in, there is no specific guide, so you have to find your way to the room, have to walk and ask the staff to go up. room. The room is nice, the food is fine. But the walk to the room is long. If you go to the lobby and forget your things, you don't have to say. Kid club costs money but only open until 7:45 pm. In general, there is nothing left for the children to entertain at night, so it's a bit disappointing. Mostly entertainment for adults.

The hotel space is beautifully decorated for Christmas. Nice hotel room, clean, very comfortable. The outside space is also very large, with many places to entertain and take pictures. Big and clean swimming pool. Will definitely visit again when the opportunity arises.
