It was a pleasant experience staying here, the ambience, the rooms, all the corners are instagrammable.

Family and child friendly. Got a mezzanine room, all forms of assistance, they (the staff) were very helpful. The toilet was clean, towels were always requested to be changed without us having to ask. Relax. There is AC, a house fan, a diffuser. Refill water available in hot, normal, and iced water. Wi-Fi is great. Nothing is lacking.

Water jugs and mugs are provided in the room, and there is a hot and cold water dispenser in the lobby 👍

I have one millennial terminology for this hotel: A hidden gem! Even though the space room is quite packed, but designed properly for Family Room. The bakery shop (I would rather call it bakery instead of cafe) sells artisan bakery, especially sourdough. The coffee is also good. Built & operated at Otten street makes this hotel located in a quieter area compared to other boutique hotels.

The concept is good, making it a great choice for family accommodation. Although there's no elevator, the staff is ready to assist. There's not a wide selection of food, but due to its strategic location, there are plenty of options nearby. One suggestion is perhaps providing a shared laundry and a shared washroom. Thank you.

Stay at the family room. Everything was okay. Water heater, Wi-Fi, AC 👍 except the bedsheets and pillowcases need to be replaced, especially since this is a family room used by children to sleep 😊

Aesthetic hotel, every corner is aesthetic so you can take cool photos.. clean rooms, cold air conditioning, friendly staff.. spacious rooms.. really satisfied.

really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The mezzanine type room is spacious enough for 3 people, and the kids also don't get bored with the same room. The bathroom is a bit narrow but still okay. Hot water has to wait for about 3 minutes. Drinking water is provided in a dispenser, so it's very okay to refill tumblers and minimize bottled water waste. What should be considered is perhaps the way the staff communicates. It's not rude, but it seems indifferent, so it needs to be polished again to be friendlier and to make the hotel's family vibe even more pronounced. The price of the food is quite pricey for a boutique hotel.

It was a great stay, will definitely be back. The staff is very helpful, even though it was late checkout the process was still smooth.

The room at the end, no windows facing the outside directly. It feels damp in the bottom child's bed. The atmosphere is like a boarding house.
