Breakfast was lacking, there were blood stains on the sheets (maybe mosquito blood), there were mosquitoes in the room.

Lets start from the plus side, located in front of the Kuta Beach, very beautiful place, wide good street and calm. It is close to the centre as well, where you can find lots of western shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has alot to fix. Cleaness of the room, I mean deep clean please, I found hairs, dust, broken stuffs, smelly water heater dll. The bed is good, but the cleaness of the room bother me alot. Friendly staffs but they need to be trained better. More active and alert to the guess wants and need instead of only playing with their mobile phone all the time. The hotel has big potential, need lot of homework to do.

I came all the way from Bali hoping to get a room with a good view, but instead I got a room in the corner and the view was completely covered by trees.

My stay at this property was truly satisfying. Its location is strategic, providing easy access to many of the city's key attractions. My room, with its city views, was clean, modern, and well-designed. The mattress ensured a great night's sleep after a long day. The service team here was a major plus; they were extremely friendly, professional, and responsive to every request. They made check-in and check-out a seamless experience. The breakfast area offered a varied and delicious menu, ranging from local to continental dishes.

simple thing such as soap and shampoo very low quality and dirty, the bathroom shower not well maintaint, the water quality has smell.

The scene and facilities are great and enjoyable, with prompt but active service... Must have a try and stay longer to explore more.

The room is not clean, the floor still has dust residue. The mattress is also not clean, there are still some scratches like sand.. The bath soap is also not good, it's a solid soap type, which has to be filled with water when using🫠 and the soap and shampoo pump can't be squeezed.

The hotel unilaterally canceled the booking, claiming it hadn't been accepted. After a heated argument, they finally gave them a room, but it was very unsuitable. There were cigarette butts in the room, broken chairs, peeling walls, yellow towels, and so on.

I almost canceled my stay here. According to the hotel, they had canceled my reservation (unilaterally, of course), but the cancellation confirmation wasn't entered into my data. The manager wouldn't meet me. The hotel also wouldn't tell me why they suddenly canceled my reservation. After I threatened to go viral and report it to the police, the hotel agreed to remedy the situation by upgrading my room from the previous type. Case closed, but my energy was wasted on anger without even meeting with, at least, the manager on duty.

The location is right in front of Mandalika beach, the furniture and cupboards in the rooms need maintenance, but overall the hotel is really good.

As for the taste and variety of food, the taste is lacking...otherwise it's okay

The staff is friendly, the rooms are very comfortable, and the restaurant also has a view directly onto the beach. Next time I visit Mandalika, I'll definitely stay here again.
