Conveniently located in the city center, the hotel is in a very quiet area. The rooms are extremely clean and tidy, filled with natural light, and the furnishings, from the air conditioner and TV to the toilet, are all very new. The only thing I didn't like is that most rooms, from standard to deluxe, seem to lack wardrobes, only having clothes racks (which might not fit all of the guest's clothes if staying for an extended period).
The hotel staff, from the receptionists to the housekeeping staff, are all cheerful and friendly, always smiling and nodding politely to guests. Another thing I really liked about FIT is the condiment counter on the ground floor, which has a full range of cups, bowls, plates, spoons, and chopsticks for guests to use when ordering food to eat at the hotel. There's also free ice, tea, and coffee packets that are refilled daily. In addition, there's a microwave and hot water dispenser... all free of charge. I found this very appealing because at other hotels, you have to eat your food in the restaurant's plastic bowls, or if you want ice for your drinks, you have to go to a convenience store to buy it.
In short, FIT is an extremely great choice for me. If I have the chance to visit Can Tho again, I will definitely choose FIT once more. The quality and service here are well worth the price.
