The room has quite dusty bed sheets and ceiling. The bed sheets feel rough on the skin and are not comfortable. The service is normal, nothing special. The bathroom is clean and spacious, the big bed is a plus. There is a refrigerator.

Bad communication. They don't have any rooms, but they didn't let us know. They told us their second location has rooms available, so we had to call for an Uber to their second location and had to pay out of our credit. However, when we got there, they told us they don't have rooms anymore.

I have booked 3 rooms at Royal hotel II but they change us to Grand hotel that is 8km far from area. I can't believe it is the way they treat their guests. It's terrible experience. Never come back.

I booked a room at this hotel through traveloka but because I had something to do, I changed my check in and check out schedule. I pressed to change the date through the traveloka app but it didn't work so I called the contact section in the booking form. I called to ask if it was possible to change it and the receptionist said yes and confirmed it immediately. On the day I checked in, they said that my room change schedule was not recorded and if I wanted to change the check out date, I would have to pay an extra night. And instead of confronting the staff, the hotel manager blamed the customer. The customer hung up while they were talking on the phone?
