The staff was nice. The room was also large. However, I had a leaking AC. I was eventually moved to a new room, despite having to complain loudly. The walls were a bit thin, so you could hear people walking around.

The hotel is nice and spacious. It's close to everything, making it easy to go for a morning walk and find food. I managed to get a room with a leaking AC. It was a bit of a hassle at first when I complained. Finally, we were offered a room change. Everything was fine. However, the room wasn't soundproof, especially on the second floor. People walking or running were very audible. However, I was very satisfied with the late checkout payment system and reasonable price.

This hotel is quite good.. what I want to tell you, yesterday, August 29, 2025, I stayed at LOA Living Solo, I took a Deluxe Suites double.. the price I got plus tax was 935 thousand.. the bed was small in my opinion, I stayed at other places with the same price, the bed was bigger.. then, the bathroom was narrow.. if you take a shower it's a bit of an effort.. the price is almost a million with a narrow bathroom, it doesn't seem worth it.. this hotel doesn't have a restaurant, we had breakfast at the restaurant next door, not all you can eat, got a package for 2 people.. the package is from 1 to 4 if I'm not mistaken.. the name of the restaurant where the food is good, Amco. There is no swimming pool.. the point is, in my personal opinion, staying at a price of almost 1 million but with a small bed, a narrow bathroom seems expensive.. hopefully there will be improvements from LOA Living. Thanks

This apartment is good enough, recommended to repeat stay if you have any business to Solo Baru's area. Food, laundry, convenient store just surrounding.

The room also has a pantry, refrigerator, and microwave, all of which are fully equipped, just like in an apartment. However, the spring bed is hard, and the extra bed is very thin. It's more like a sponge mattress that can easily deflate.

I always stay at Loa Living when I'm in Solo. The rooms are spacious, clean, and unique, with everything you need, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, cutlery, and more. It's absolutely fantastic. This time I brought some friends, and they absolutely loved it.

The AC in the room wasn't cooling. Checking out at dawn, all the lights in the lobby were turned off. I waited for an online taxi in the lobby, but the lights weren't turned on. This is the first time I've ever had a place like this. Disrespectful to guests. Not worth recommending.
