A very nice place to stay

Modern and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to restaurants.

Most of the hotel was ok. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The not so good were: - the parking entrance / card reader needs to be looked at. - the gym equipment are below the expected quality.

Nice hotel for business or family stay in Riyadh

The gym is really old and the pool is Tiny. No real amenities.

Good value and good sized rooms

A couple of days in Riyadh. I picked the hotel, as convenient for Riyadh airport.

I have stayed here a few times . The rooms are clean, modern. It’s in good location to walk to restaurants.

They allowed us to check in early. The beds were comfortable it was very comfortable and clean.

A very convenient located hotel for exploring Riyadh, and a relaxed atmosphere. I’d stay again.

Staff were friendly location is amazing and very convenient. They have a self service shop in f on of reception . The only thing they need to improve is room service

Great stay. Friendly staff. Unique hotel

The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and elegantly decorated, giving it a relaxed home-like feeling on top of all, the bathroom has one of the largest toiletries I have seen even in 5-star hotel. The location is very conveniently accessible, yet not crowded with a large variety of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls within walking distance or minutes of drive. The staff are professional, friendly, and service-oriented from the receptionist (a big shout-out to Yasser) to the housekeeping team would do anything to make you happy and a want to come back again and I will.

Fire alarm went off for the whole hotel at 3am which was really annoying and disturbed my sleep. Room cleaner didn’t come till late afternoon. Carpet has burn marks. Elevator in poor condition. Reception people are very nice.

The hotel was as expected, very close to the airport, very nice stuff, the room size actually sourprised me for good as it was huge and comfortable, just perfect for families!

informazioni alla reception scarse. si rifiutano di inserire in dati per una fattura al momento del pagamento, facendomi perdere tempo al checkout e scrivendo mali i dati. penumtimo giorno niente pulizie della camera. I solo ascigamano 20x20cm per la faccia e uno per la doccia.
