It was a good stay. It was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and they cleaned the room everyday.

Great friendly staff. Had an accessible room (used to be called disabled room) whixh was fine except the sink was so small that it was impossible not to make a mess and it only had cold water so shaving was a challenge. Would happily stay there again but would insist on "normal" room.

Very nice hotel they have a free bus service to drop u off at the dubai mall or u could get the bus to the metro but by taxi its only 5 minutes to the metro staff where very nice, but what would help if they had a menu and a phone if you wanted to order food from outside, I know other hotels do that, but overall very nice stay. A staff member call Alfred in the lobby was always very nice. 😊👍

Location is terrible, its so isolated from restaurants, malls and some landmarks

I loved the hotel cleanest, the eco-friendly criteria, the free shuttles and most of the staff very approachable make my whole experience amazing. The hotel location was perfect to reach all the destinations.
