Fasilitas tidak sesuai ekspektasi, mengecewakan.

Stafnya tidak ramah di ajak ngomong ga nyambung. Villanya jelek tidak terawat, interior lama, kotor tidak sesuai foto

Kalo foto nggak akan banyak bisa jelasin karena secara tata letak semua sama dengan yang di traveloka. Tapi ini banyak yang butuh di maintenance karena sepertinya efek pas pandemi. Sebenernya nggak mau nulis karena kasian juga sama karyawannya. Tapi kalo nggak nulis kasian juga sama yang mau beli. Sempet ada kecoa di kamar. Lampu juga kedap kedip. Secara tata letak oke banget.

Foto di apps tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan hotel aslinya. Mungkin itu foto pada saat baru dibangun. Kondisi sekarang jauh berbeda. Saya dan pasangan akhirnya tidak jadi menginap disitu dan mencari villa lain yang lebih proper.

Dari awal pesen yaitu villanya malah dapetnya kamar deluxe room. Mau untuk di upgrade dan tambah biaya saja susah sekali pihak hotel dihubungi. Bahkan dioper-oper dan tidak ada kepastian. Kamarnya juga banyak semutnya, airnya kecil, pintunya udah mau copot, TV nya juga bermasalah dan tidak bisa dinyalain.

We booked this room on travel locker. It looks like it was in new condition and clean so we got to the hotel and it was the opposite blood stains on the bed pillow. It was disgusting. The pool was dirty, bathroom toilet look like it was never cleaned before. And wouldn't agree to give us a refund so I in touch with travel locker app and still haven't got a refund and we're still waiting for travel locker to get our money back. We left the hotel. And pay for another hotel. We couldn't stay in this hotel, we are so disappointed and do not recommend this hotel for anyone. The pictures they put up are so deceiving, don't trust these people

Lasted 1 night from booking for 2 nights. The AC is on and off and not cold. There is no hot water. Priced at 1.2 million per night, standard budget hotel facilities with a basic breakfast bought on the roadside. Gosh, how can management sell villas that are not ready to be sold to tourists. I was fooled by the picture, it was my fault I didn't look at the review.

The room was dirty, there were cockroaches, the shower water was small, the mattress was dirty, lots of dust, the room smelled, the reception room was dirty, basically I don't recommend staying here.

Lots of ants, asked to change towels but said they had run out, dirty pool, dirty place, low maintenance, came at 4 in the afternoon but the room wasn't ready 😌.

Not as the picture describes, a scam! Please be aware and always double check fr other platform reviews.

It's very bad, it doesn't match the photos and the building is ugly, the food isn't delicious either, so it doesn't match the price of the villa.

Checked out 15 minutes right after we checked in and move to other villa. Place is not well maintained, a lot of mold, the bedsheets are so dirty, sandals are not even new, they're also doing a renovation in the other villa. Overall, its nothing like in the picture. They don't even give any complimentary when we check out only say sorry.

The response was really slow. We were check in at 7pm and they don't inform us about the water. There ' s was problem with the water since we were check in till 10.16 am. We were complained 3x directly to reception and many times by phone. Imagine from check in to 10.16am were holding, cause can't use the toilet. They offer us use the toilet in other room which is upstairs at 8am. Was terrible idea stay in The Kanjeng Villas Seminyak. And also you have to walk out far from kanjeng if you order online taxi. We were very disappointed. It was so annoying, when you pay 1,2 mio for nothing 👎.

Critical. Really very disappointed. The AC is hot, the TV doesn't turn on. The shower water is off. The toilet bowl can't get water out. How's the box? The bathtub is lit from the sink. When I wanted to take a shower, the tub was empty. Then what do you use to soak? This is crazy. It's really not worth selling this. At this price, is it worth it?

Not maintained well. Lots of damage and dilapidation 🥲.

Uncomfortable, like an old villa that lacks maintenance, the shower in the bathroom has a very small flame, after a long journey, when I wanted to take a shower at night, I finally didn't get it, I had a report saying that the water was told to wait 5 minutes, after waiting it still came out very small, I wanted to spray it. the toilet water also didn't work, in the end it didn't poop, it didn't meet expectations, in terms of service it was good, in terms of the building and interior it was bad, the mattress pillows were all hard, the towels and bed sheets were all crumpled, even though I was booking, I saw the pictures were good, immediately booked 2 nights eh, it turned out to be far from expectations, just one night here, I was in a hurry to check out, let last night's forfeit, because it was no longer comfortable, so sorry, honest review from me, hopefully it can be used as an improvement for customer comfort in the future, in my opinion this villa needs to be repaired repaired and given more care.

Food is not good... Slow service... Water turns off frequently.

The villa is very bad, the villa is not worth selling, the building is not maintained, and the water is dead so you can't go to the toilet, shower, and anything related to water needs, from the first day the water arrived, the water was dead, the second we asked for a refund it turned out it wasn't approved , really a very bad villa, don't let there be any more victims besides us.

Very different from the photos in the application. The room is stuffy, the pool and garden are dark, the toilet is separated far from the room and it is dark.
